DATE AND VENUE: Wednesday 10th July 2024 from 1.00pm - 3.00pm at Harrier Centre, King George V Recreation Ground, Poole Road, Epsom KT19 9RY.

TIME: Collect children from school at 12.00pm, arrive by 12.30pm. The competition starts at 1.00pm and finishes approximately 3.00pm. Children will have an early lunch at school before they go.

WHAT TO WEAR: Children will wear their PE kit (white logo/plain t-shirt, red shorts, trainers/plimsolls) and should have a logo jumper/sweatshirt/cardigan. Children may bring plain black jogging bottoms to wear between games to keep them warm if they wish. Please ensure all items are named.

WHAT TO BRING: Please ensure your child has a full bottle of water, sun hat/cap and sunscreen and a snack if they would like. Again, please ensure all items are named.

We have been informed by the event organisers that parents/carers are permitted to stay and watch the event if you would like. If you will not be staying, please ensure you have dropped your child off with Mr Cliffe or another member of the WFIS team before you leave.

If another parent/carer will be transporting your child to and/or from the competition, please let the school office know by Wednesday morning.
